Scuba diving China is not the first thought that comes into most avid diver's heads. The industry in Hainan is still in it's youth and and add to that there is not much effort spent on getting people to know about diving in China. So I shouldn't try? On the contrary. Hainan may not be the Great Barrier Reef, but it does have it's own coral reef. It's water's are clear with good visibility and there is lots to see. If you're in Hainan and looking for something to do, diving is well worth the time.
